Fantastic new restaurant downtown near the wedding chapel. The food is superb, easily of 5 star quality, and presented beautifully. Every item ordered delighted the palette with bursts of fresh flavors that were savory and new, yet familiar. Both the crepes and omelets were sampled and both were delicious entrees served in the proper proportions to satisfy but not stuff the client. The French Press coffee was excellent and satisfying. This is quite a compliment since I was raised on and drink only espresso. In fact, just about everything about this restaurant was proper and good. Physically, the restaurant is done in a comfortable shabby chic French country decor. It appears to be 4 old stucco Palm Springs bungalows, at least 1 with a working fireplace, used as dining areas. Open air dining is in the courtyards between the bungalows. Overall, this restaurant is a "must do" when looking for a high quality place for breakfast/lunch in downtown Palm Springs. It is planned to be open for dinner sometime in the near future and I hope I am one of the first patrons.
