“Charming Irish Roadhouse”

Service is spot on. The fastest walking waitresses that I have ever seen. Food was excellent. Great atmosphere. You can tell that they appreciate customers. Plan to return before I have to fly out of Palm Springs.

“Just OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2014

This is the kind of place that caters to everyone, families with kids, Karaoke fans, sports fans and people who like "deals" It's opens for the breakfast crowd at 7 am and closes with the party crowd at 2 am. Kids are welcome until 10 pm. We went for the Irish fare - I had the corned beef and cabbage served with potatoes and carrots. The beef was lean and tasty and the vegetables were cooked just right - crisp. My husband had the shepherd's pie which he said was disappointing. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box and the lamb and beef were cut in such small pieces so there was no distinguishable taste. I had a Guiness but that was pretty much the limit to the Irish selection. The waitress was friendly. The menu has a wide variety of choices from burgers to spaghetti. Filling comfort food in ample portions but nothing to rave about. At the end of the meal this nicely dressed older man visited all the tables selling flashlights - regular $8 but a special for $5. Not sure what that was all about?

“Just Average!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2014

For an Irish Pub, their chooses of beers was very limited and not very good. The club sandwich was very good, but my wife and I split the sandwich and there was a $2 plate charge. Give me a break. A club sandwich is huge to begin with, but when both of you are over 65, one sandwich is enough for both of you.

If you are handicapped, the bathrooms are NOT accessible. Not even close.

Obviously, those that think this Pub has a good beer selection has no clue what a good beer selection is. I go to an Irish Pub that has 160 craft beers on tap, this pub has none.

“Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2014

This is the place to go if you want a lot of food and a good variety. Portions are huge and you can get Irish & English food plus traditional American cuisine. Good beer selections and great service. Be sure to check out the Sweet Potato Chips. They serve lunch and dinner Prices are in line with other restaurants and you get a lot.
