First, we are military, so we got discount tickets and for 2 adults and 2 kids under 12, it cost 90 dollars. 23.99 for adults. 21 for the kids I think. Anyway, we got there and they searched our bags, there was someone searching bags. I was annoyed, because we had underwear and wallets in there!! I asked her whatshe was searching for and she said "snacks". First of all, I understand why they don't want snacks brought in, but to have them search is excessive. Then, we went to get a bite to eat and it was like 6.95 for a corn dog! Water bottles, like 12oz. We're 3.50! So fine, we settled for a jumbo lemonade and fries for 20 bucks. The lines were kind of long for the slides and honestly it was excessive how they would make you wait to go down a slide until the person before you fully was off the slide AND out of the water. If you put your feet in the water anywhere but the wave pool, be prepared to get whistled at. They don't allow swimming in the wave pool, just bobbing. There is a point of being safe and being excessive!!!! This place wasn't much fun! Oh yeah, pay a ton of money for tickets, but don't you date think parking is free, it's 12 dollars to park! I am from wisconsin and we know waterparks and this was small and way too strict, in my opinion. Once someone is off the slide, you should be able to go down. It was silly to wait until everything was clear to let another go down. Another thing that made me upset was that all slides in the kids area were closed. They eventually opened up one...but the others remained closed all day. And they are only open until 5, it's Cali, it was 102 when we left at 5....they should have longer hours to make it worth everyone's money. I probably will check out another park before going back here. The constant whistling at everyone was like ok seriously....calm down and let people enjoy themselves!!!
