“mini golf”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

July is a little hot for mini golf but we had fun. What I was disappointed with was that my smart phone coupon would not be accepted. Catch up with technology folks.Other than that, Boomers is the place to entertain the little ones, especially indoors where the arcade games are and it is air conditioned well.

“Ownership should spend 1 day fixing stuff”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2013

Lazy. Best way to describe how this place is run. By doing the absolute minimum this quaint little park is falling a part. The mini golf could be better if they fixed the minor problems with some of the holes. Clean the bathrooms more than once a week. Go carts were fun and they were liberal with the 5 minute ride.

“Yuck!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2013

We took our three kids, aged 10,12 and 15 for the day. The place looks like great fun from outside. The line for the go-carts looked short but spectacular mis-managment ensured that 1/3 of the carts sat empty each time riders went out. The reason is that single people apparently can't go in a double cart and they won't allow people down the line to take the spots. That turned what looked like a really short line into over an hour wait. This was also right at open which means it must get worse as the day progresses.

We then went over to mini-golf and made it to hole 8. The house feature of the hole is damaged and balls get stuck inside the house. We then went inside as the line for the water bumper cars was apparently well over an hour (according to another parent). The games would have been fun but for the fact that conservatively 30% were broken. The ones that were in use were being used by kids who would stay on the games and refuse to allow other players to have a turn. Add to that the sticky, stinky smell that was left on one's hands after touching anything made us leave. The price per ride/game makes Disney look like a bargain.

There is simply no bigger waste of money.

“Boomers is a bummer!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2013

We took our 4-year old niece to Boomers today to play mini-golf and arcade games. This place was once a fun, clean place to take children. I haven't been here in quite awhile, however it's changed drastically. Very run-down. It looks as if the owners/management haven't put a cent back into the place since it opened. The water features were either broke or not running. The golf holes were in disrepair. After golf we decided to play the arcade games. I'll bet at least a quarter of them weren't working. It's a shame.

“Pretty run down”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

That place needs a serious overhaul. Many dead arcade games and the ones that work are prehistoric. Go carts and boats are fun. Golf, not so much.
