I've done a lot of traveling and had many wonderful meals, but this rates up there amongst one of the top 5 ever! The appetizer we shared was figs with blue cheese and prosciutto. My meal was Pan Seared Scallops on a bed of black himilayan rice with edamame. The chef came to our table and was more than willing to share his ideas and inspirations. This is going to be a regular dinner spot when weekending in the desert
