The noise from upstairs is so unbearable that i might as well stay in the car. We can hear every moves make upstairs. They happened to turn on fan all night that noise is right there especially in the dead of the night.

Great location but way too noisy. The noise comes from the number of young adult athletic teams that stay there. During the day, they're noisy and all night they're noisy into the wee hours. The hotel is undergoing a $10 million badly needed remodel, but the noise that is allowed from the other guests will keep us away from this hotel.

Sheets were not changed as evidenced by an object left behind by the previous occupant in the pillow case. The staff also became confused as to occupant / room number and gave the keys to my room to an arriving guest. In short, somebody came into my room at 2:00 AM.

The hotel is showing its age and is undergoing some renovation. I suggest you try to get the top (third) floor as the ceiling in my room squeaked annoyingly every time the person in the room above me walked around. The breakfast that is included with the room is good but not great. The location of the hotel is excellent and provides easy access to just about anything in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A password was provided free of charge to access the Wi-Fi which is listed as provided for a fee. Although there are currently smoking rooms we were told that the property is going non-smoking effective January 1, 2015.

Room Tip: Try to get the third floor.

This property has pluses and minuses. As others have noted, this property shows its age and is undergoing some renovation. Rooms are clean and the suites have the usual amenities expected in a suite, but nothing special. There is a quite large pool and surrounding pool area. The overall property has a feel that it was built in stages, since there are rises and dips in upper story outdoor catwalks between buildings. Personnel at reception are pleasant. Location of hotel is right on Highway 111, so it is easy to get around to the various cities in the Coachella Valley. There is a small shopping center a block away, with a full grocery store (Ralphs, a part of the Kroger conglomerate) and a CVS pharmacy/general store. There are also several restaurants within a 2-mile radius.
