Great, we will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends a s family! Love it ;-) wonderful, spacious accommodations complete with private balcony. We stayed in a studio suite that was fully stocked with all the wares to prepare light meals, so nice to have such great amenities for our stay!

This Residence Inn is the older style; it’s like an apartment building – several buildings with a lot of rooms in each building. The rooms are not interior rooms – they open to the outside hallways. The lobby was being renovated at the time I was here (October 2012), but it was not bothersome at all.

I had a fantastic room. It was a studio with full kitchen and an amazing balcony which faced a beautiful pool and the mountains (loved watching the sunset and sunrise). The room was very nice - it was spacious and was clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night, but this is a great place if you are going to have an extended stay.

The front desk girl was very nice and helpful. There’s a full buffet breakfast (free) in the morning which was delicious. This hotel is about a mile off I-10; there’s not much else on this road – it seem residential. I believe there is either a golf course or park area right behind the hotel (it looked like a golf course, but I’m not sure – it was a big, open green space). You have to drive to get into the town. But, the area around the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Lots of palm trees and greenery – really, really pretty. About a 10-minute drive from the hotel is all the restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. – it wasn’t a far drive, but it wasn’t walking distance either.

I loved it here. The best part was my balcony!

Enjoyed 3 nights in a studio suite that looked out on the golf course, a view in the early morning sun up, that was extraordinary! I love the comforts of home while on the road at Residence Inns and this was a treat. The staff were great, the accommodations what I expected and at the end of long business days...it was nice to come 'home'. I certainly will stay here again when back at the area.

We stayed in Palm Desert last summer. I like this hotel. They have little kitchen,swimming pool,fitness center and they serve free breakfast. Our room was close to the pool. It was very nice. The manager is nice and accomodating. I cancelled and rebooked our reservations several times and he was so patient with me. I enjoyed our stay in Residence Inn Palm Desert.
