We stayed 7days with our pups. No mayor complaints. Easy going staff. Pool was alright. Bkfst better than other in same chain. If you have children or dogs it is great.
Jim and I where looking for property while in Palm Springs, decided this was the right choice for us. We have been staying in the B W`s since we left Peachland B C Canada our trip lasted for a couple of months.

For the past few years we have stayed at the Best Western Plus in Palm Desert. We go to visit family. We have found the Hotel to be very clean, excellent customer service, grounds well taken care of and a great breakfast in the morning. It is very central to the things we like to do. We will be coming back.

We've stayed here the past few years while attending the Coachella Festival. Love the yummy breakfast, especially when the dining room is filled with fellow festival goers who are mapping-out their day at the festie! The Del Taco next door is very convenient if you want to pig-out after a long day of music. This past April, we took the Coachella shuttle, which boards right across the street from the hotel....couldn't be any easier. I've experienced excess noise at some other local hotels during Coachella time (which can be expected), but the Best Western seems to attract less of a rowdy crowd, making it easier to sleep, etc.

It is usually a race to book rooms before the hotels can raise their rates based on market conditions (which I totally understand) once the festival dates are announced/leaked. For 2013, the rates seem to have been adjusted very quickly, so we are paying around 35% more than in prior years. This dampens our 2013 stay to an extent, but nonetheless, we will probably still use the BWPPD as our home base.

I have stayed at this Best Western maybe 30 nights. The rooms are comfortable, the pool area has a quiet intimate ambiance, and the staff is friendly and professional. Last but not least, the price is right.
