Finally, a new restaurant that is NOT a steak house! And, it's not just a cafe, it's a little marketplace for charming housegifts or take home food. Anywhere else and this bistro would not stand out so much. But the desert has long been a foodie desert, so this is a breath of welcome fresh air. The food isn't "great", but it's very good. And different from the usual ho-hum menus we have in the eastern desert cities. There are long communal tables--which I don't like sitting at--but also some 2 and 4 tops. A smart waitstaff makes you feel attended to and the owners hovering nearby insure that things are being supervised. All in all, a good place to go.
