We're here on vacation and our rental house has a nice pool but we thought it would be nice to bring the kids here for the day. We were going to go to Soak City but they aren't open until the weekend so the kids needed to wait until the weekend to go to Soak City.
The kids were disappointed the slides weren't open yet but they still had a lot of fun. They have several different pool areas. The slide area, several lanes of lap pool for people to swim laps and a shallow kids pool.
They have several chairs and umbrellas to use as well as some tables with shades above. It is especially great with very young toddlers. The kids had a lot of fun. They don't allow floats of your own. We had arm floats for our kids who are still learning to swim and they said we couldn't use them and instead rented out float suits for $2 each.
The entrance fee was affordable at $6 for each adult and $3.75 for kids 5 and under (non-residents). There weren't many people there. Just a few people taking swimming lessons for their kids. Kids 6-12 are $4.50 each.
The staff there is very friendly and there is always a lifeguard on duty. There is plenty of free parking in the parking lot. I great place to spend the day with young kids. Or even for adults that want to do some laps.
They had several bathrooms there and they were clean. And they also had a shower in them. So if you wanted to head out after the day to go eat, you can bring soap/shampoo and shower and go directly to where you want to go if you didn't want to go back to your hotel/rental first.
