We had dinner here on a Sunday evening. It's a really cute, cozy, homey environment. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and the seafood penne pasta entrees. Both were really good, homemade fare and prepared excellently. These folks know how to cook. Generous portions, too. Just what we needed after a day of travel on a foggy, damp evening. Desserts looked really yummy, so I ordered olallieberry pie a la mode --- so, so good.
Although not bad, service could use some improvement. Servers very nice and pleasant, but we had rotating servers who did not seem to be communicating with each other and at times duplicating service/questions. Food a bit slow coming, but we didn't really mind. There was a party of ten seated near us that was very upset with the initial service and an apparent reservation mix-up; however, they seemed to get over the disorganization and lack of accomodation after awhile and had a good time anyway. It was interesting to watch because the manager/server could easily have made this party happy from the get-go with some very slight accommodation, but they didn't have enough customer service sense to do so. We were cringing while the whole debacle was going on. I guess you can get away with this behavior when most of your customers are tourists; I suspect locals might've been treated differently. C'est la vie.
Overall, highly recommend for quality of food and quaint environment. I would definitely go back as a twosome, but not with a group.
