“Four star”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2012 via mobile

It was a decent hotel. Nothing great to say but nothing bad. It was clean and in a great location. Continental breakfast was the usual cereal, fruit and bagels. Close to lots of good stuff. Not far from Disneyland either.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2012

Stayed here to visit my ailing Aunt. The front desk personnel were nice enough. Probably the best part of our stay was the surprisingly nice continental breakfast the following morning in the lobby, and the only reason I give this motel 3 stars. The accomodations themselves were fine, but needed major help in the the cleanliness department, however. The A/C was blowing out tiny damp gray chunks of something, accompanied with a very musty smell. I wondered how much of the "gray yuck" I had breathed in during the night. What was the worst though was the carpet. It was absolutely filthy by the door, and traffic area. Our feet were black after only 15 minutes in the room. I had to lay the throw blankets that were on the ends of the beds in a path on the floor; it was pretty disgusting. Luckily our stay was only one night.

The hotel has rooms that are very clean and also very nice. There is a nice pool on the property. It is convenient to have the mini-business center. Continental breakfast is served. Location is very convenient..less than 3 miles to either the Anaheim Stadium or Honda Center. Close to nice eating places. And last but not least I have to mention the simply outstanding customer service skills of the front desk agent Ed and the young man who works the day shift!

I have to admit after reading some of the reviews (comments about the staff), I was a little wary about booking a reservation but it was near the event we were attending and the price was right...

Well, I shouldn't have been worried.

The front desk folks were very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The grounds are well-maintained. Nice hotel overall.

They had several options for the continental breakfast (but double check the bread items).

Definitely recommend

The room was clean, with adequate space to move around, and good storage space. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. There was a large flat screen TV. The shower had both a grab bar and a rubber mat. Continental breakfast was quite varied, with three tables in the lobby and some tables outdoors.. No coin operated washers and dryers at this motel. Front desk personnel were helpful. This BW was a good place to stay for several nights

While the hotel itself is friendly and welcoming, the front desk day staff leaves much to be desired.

I had called ahead of time to see if I was able to check in early, was told that it wouldnt be a problem. However, when I arrived, I was told that I had to wait until after 2pm to check in. The desk clerk was not friendly at all, and certainly did not make me feel welcomed at the establishment. When I originally checked in I was unsure of my length of stay. I stayed a total of 3 days, each morning going in to the office and paying for another night. On the second day, the desk clerk's comment was "Arent you going home yet?" He was not kidding!!

The swing and night shift clerks were just the opposite - very pleasant to speak to and very accomadating when I needed something.

The rooms themselves are very well organized and clean. The hotel is located on a busy Orange County street, but you would never know it - as it was quiet.

The only downfall is that there are no microwaves in the rooms, but there is one in the lobby that you can go down and use. There is also no laundry facilities on the premises, but there is a laundromat about a block down the street.

I will probably stay again, as it is in an area that I frequent, I will just avoid the daytime staff!!
