Very attractive decor, reasonably quiet and a great value. Beds were extremely comfortable, room was very clean. The breakfast was served from 6-9 every morning with a nice hot and cold selection. Convenient location, with only down-side its proximity to a railroad that had some train traffic throughout the stay. Sound isolation, however, defeated most of the noise intrusion within the room.

Room Tip: There is a railroad that runs past one side of the hotel. A train passed a couple times at night wit...

We spent another week at this hotel for a workshop nearby. Same as 6 months ago, the service was great and the rooms and public areas are very clean. Staff is friendly and willing to help

Only complaint is the layout of the guest rooms. The work table is at the foot of the bed which is not really spouse-friendly for late night work. :-)

Room Tip: Request a courtyard room if you're a light sleeper...lots of planes and trains nearby.

I absolutely love the Ayres Hotel in Moreno Valley much better than the one in Ontario...the one in Ontario was still very clean and quiet, but the one in Moreno Valley was really quiet, extremely clean and the customer service was phenomenal...I felt like I was away from it all (a nice secluded beach) I didn't want to leave...the one in Ontario may have that o.k. feel to it because it's by the Ontario Airport and you get all kinds of different people from across the world there. I still enjoyed myself but I'd definitely choose Moreno Valley Ayres Hotel over Ontario.

Room Tip: Get cleaner water in the rooms...the water looked cloudy

I loved staying here. The food was great, the service was very friendly! The shuttle service was awesome and very accomodating.

The ONLY draw back was the train!! If you get a room there, ask for a room opposite of the tracks! However, I did hear that they may be moving the trains underground within the next several years.

Overall, a great stay. We had a dance competition in the convention center, and if you have anything going on at the convention center, then this is your place. Very easy couple of minute walk and you can save the $9 parking fee the convention center charges. That fee is not for the day, it is per time you enter, so if you leave to grab a bite to eat or something, another $9 when you return.

The suites are very roomy. We had the two double bed setup and there is a privacy wall in between the beds which was nice with all the people changing costumes and getting ready for dances and things. At times we had 10 people in our room and with the extra chairs and the couch, it was fine. (it was just my family of four that stayed the night, it just kind of turned into the hangout spot for our group) Very clean, very comfortable. The only problem I had was with the noise at the front of the hotel. I think we were in room 313 or 3313 and it faced the front street. It was actually the TRAIN noise that bugged me. I spent all Saturday afternoon in the room watching the Masters while all the ladies went shopping and I can't tell you how many trains went by. There must big a big intersection that it goes through in front as it loudly blares the horn every time it goes by right across the street from the room. I would ask for a room away from the front road back by the pool some place. Probably fine back there.

The entire hotel was very nice and clean. The pool area was well kept and spacious as well. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The staff for the most part went out of their way to be helpful and were very nice. The reason I didn't give this place a 5 was how the bar area operates. We went down to the bar area for dinner and drinks early at about 4pm. The dancers hung out in the restaurant area and the adults sat at the bar. The prices for the food and drinks were VERY reasonable for a hotel bar. In addition, the food was very tasty. Well done Ayres. The problem came when we returned a little later. We told the bartender that we would be back in an hour or two and arrived at about 7:30pm. The bar is open until 11pm, but when we arrived, they had all but 4 barstools taken away from the bar. Those four had people still sitting in them. We asked if we could have the bar stools back so we could hang out at the bar, and she stated "well, I can maybe get two for the ladies, but the guys are going to have to stand". Really? How hard is it to grab a barstool? You don't close for 3.5 hours! So, we ended up sitting in the restaurant type area instead of the bar. As soon as the four people that were at the bar stood up, they very quickly snagged those stools too. How long does it REALLY take to move 7 or 8 barstools after closing? As the 10 oclock hour approached we were given multiple reminders that by about 10:45 we needed to be out of there so they could get cleaned up. I asked why the big rush to put the stools away and things and she explained that "usually, we are really dead at night". I then stated that it is a Saturday night and you have a bunch of people sitting here so tonight isn't one of those nights . I explained that we as a group have spent hundreds of dollars between meals and drinks. She stated "well usually, Saturday nights are our REALLY dead nights". It was very clear that when 11 pm arrived, they wanted to be locking the door and hitting the road. If it is that important for the workers to get out the door at closing time, then close at 10 and actually serve your customers until that time. That would give you an hour to get cleaned up and get those pesky bar stools hidden away. I have never felt that my business was so UN wanted at a bar/restaurant.

If I have to go back next year for a competition, I will book this place FOR SURE. It is nice. Maybe by then the manager will talk with the bar staff and tell them not to treat paying customers as a just people that are keeping them from leaving the minute the bar closes.

Just go. You will enjoy it, and for the price, it is a good deal.

Room Tip: We were in a room facing the street in front, and more than any airplane noise, it was the constant...

The hotel is very nice on the inside and out. They have very nice rooms with a wall divider between the beds for more privacy in the two bed rooms. They have very nice televisions with a good selection of channels to choose from. They have a very beautiful courtyard to relax in. They also have a warm and cozy lobby to enjoy.

Now the three bad things about my stay. Do not get a room in the front of the hotel for two reasons, the train goes by and blows it's whistle and when they have parties in the conference rooms down stairs it is very loud upstairs on the second floor. They had a bar mitzvah going on during my stay and your could hear and feel the music on the second floor. The last issue was the swimming pool. My daughter wanted to go swimming but the pool was dirty. The bottom of the pool had alot of dirt and debris from the surrounding trees.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the back of the hotel less noise. Beaware they have one elevator so if you can not...
