Front Desk was very friendly and made check-in very quick. Explained the free breakfast included and walked me to elevator. Booked a very good AAA rate for the night. Hotel appearance was very clean and well kept; room was also pretty clean but a couple areas of the carpeting by the sitting area probably was due for some carpet cleaning. But otherwise overall lots of room and large screen tv. Breakfast offerings were decent with a couple of hot entrées and usual variety of fruit, juice, toast, cereal and few other selections. Chose this place for a quick overnighter convenient to the Outlets right across the parking lot.
Did unfortunately leave my iphone charger when I checked out. Long story short...called twice the next day to check on it and was expecting call back but never got it. Sent an email about the lack of response and follow-up. Housekeeping Manager was apparently off Sun & Mon and eventually called me back apologizing and for not getting back to me sooner. While my specific charger did not turn up, there apparently was another that had been left behind a few months earlier. She offered to send that to me which she did. While hotel and service was overall very good, was about to write off the poor follow-up to my inquiry (even though it was my fault for leaving the charger behind). Housekeeping Manager could have just apologized for the poor follow-up and that would have been it. But she took the extra step to find another charger to send to me. Although I'm sure guests leave these behind often, that extra follow-up makes the difference between average customer service and good customer service. Thanks Christine!
