The front desk staff genuinely acts like they are glad you decided to stay with them. Entering my room I was greeted with a personalized welcome message on the full length mirror. On the bed was an exquisitely folded towel with a candy bar on it. The towels were all folded so nice that I felt guilty about using them, so I only used one. The room was immaculate. I ate in the room and got crumbs on the carpet. I felt bad about this so I got on my hands and knees and picked up the crumbs. I just hate to spoil a perfect room. I turned on the television and the channel options went into the thousands. The free breakfast offered a variety of choices. I put some sausage and scrambled eggs on my buttered muffin. Then I forced myself to try their blueberry waffles. The night of my arrival I called the front desk and requested a wake up call. They asked if there was anything else I needed. I jokingly replied, " Yes. You could send someone to tuck me in." You can imagine my surprise when Joan the general manager knocked on my door. She fluffed my pillow, tucked me in, turned off the light and kissed me on the forhead ! Upon receiving my bill in the morning I was delighted to see that there was no extra charge for this service. As I departed the hotel, Joan asked me how my stay was. It was perfect. Joan gave me a warm hug. I am going to stay at this hotel as often as I can. I don't care if my business is in Rhode Island. I'll commute. This hotel is THAT good ! Truth be told however, I'm going back for more hugs.

It was so wonderful meeting both you and your wife during your stay with us. And we just love your fun sense of humor with your joke about being tucked in at night! We all got a laugh from that one! We truly enjoyed having you both stay with us and appreciate very much your kind compliments regarding our hotel and your experience. It means so much to us when we can make your stay with us a pleasant and relaxing experience. We'll see you both again real soon!
