We had a very beautiful room in a gracious place, with spectacular views from a deep terrace overlooking the herb garden pool on to the distant hills slightly misty from the ocean breezes. This was paradise in every sense of the word, and so close to Los Angeles! I wish we had more time here, and will definitely seek to return soon. It is ideal for either an active vacation, or a relaxing spa vacation. Several outdoor dining options complete the harmony achieved from indoors to outside.

Ojai Valley Inn and Spa is an outstanding resort that provides personal and attentive service in a magnificant setting. The location is beautiful and the amenities of this resort are superb. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to ensure that your visit is memorable. The grounds and facilites are world class and the food is consistently well-prepared. We have eaten in all of the restaurants and find the quality to be excellent.

This is a world class resort with a very friendly and unpretentious ambiance. We have visited several times and return because of the quality of the experience. You'll not be disappointed; the setting is magical and the service is exceptional.

Just returned from a short stay at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa. Everything was wonderful. The place and grounds are just gorgeous! Had dinner and breakfast outside on a beautiful patio overlooking the spectacular golf course. The service is the best I have ever experienced from any other 5 star hotel! Even was invited to a wine and cheese hour that they have on Thursday nights. Great wine, delicious cheeses and crackers and lovely people in a beautiful garden setting. The Herb Garden adults only pool is beautiful and serene. No screaming kids (which there were a lot of at the family pool). They even came around with little snacks and lots of ice water. My husband loved smoking a cigar outside seated around a fire pit. What a lovely romantic getaway!!

Came here for a meeting. They put a $1500 hold on my cc that lasted 10 days. I spent $30 there.

Food was awful. Stale bread, dry meat. Unimaginative. Terrible. I will never go back on my own dime.

Only highlight were the desserts. Pastry chef should find a new place to work. He/she is too good for this pit.
