when you're hankering for those carne asada fries this is the place. Its about 6 pounds of food for $5. cant beat that. Their meats are very good (carnitas, tri tip, carne asada) 69 cent Taco Tuesday is a good bet. Fresh tortllas, I have enjoyed all the burritos except the fish burrito which was huge but lacking flavor. Their rice and beans are phoned in, if you are looking for great rice and runny refried beans, try Robertos north up the Coast Highway a mile or so (at O'side Blvd). But otherwise Primo's is a good spot for your carne, carnitas fix.
