Stumbled across this place while looking for food before an A's game. Pleasantly surprised. The sushi wasn't cheap, but it was above average. We also hadnoodles, which were good value and plentiful. Not sure that we would be regulars, but it absolutely served our purpose as baseball tourists.
Went to nearby restaurant while staying at Red Lion Hotel. Should have went during happy hour as prices were high ($15 for a more elaborate roll). I got the bento box which I could select 3 items and included rice, soup, and salad, everything was delicious! My husband had 2 rolls and an order of sashimi and all was very fishy in taste. The rolls had a thick layer of rice which made it look unappetizing on top of the fishy taste. The service was good, waitress worked at a fast pace and good at accommodating us.
Ate here for happy hour. Good beer on tap, and sushi was good quality. I'd go again. Everyone that sat at the sushi bar with me enjoyed their meal.
I recently stayed at the Best Western literally around the corner and have to say this place has a great Happy Hour Special. The food was fantastic!
