The hotel was very nice. I originally walked into what was called the Bayside hotel and come to find out the prices were a little more expensive than what I was looking for and went next door to Executive Inn, which was explained to us as the sister hotel. The room that was clean and spacious and after a long day was what I needed. I called down for a few items and they brought them up in a timely manner. The gift shop was a wonderful little store that had snacks and drinks when you really wanted something to munch on.
The morning that I checked out, we had a issue with printing our boarding pass in the business center and still had to get ready to leave for our flight. I was running pretty behind, so I stopped by the front desk to ask for assistance. I spoke with Frederick, and I'm pretty sure he could tell I was in a rush, so he asked me to write the confirmation and my info down and he would check me in and print my boarding pass. He also asked if I was going to be checking out shortly and I told him I was. By the time I came down stairs, my bill and boarding pass were ready and I was out the door.
What a fabulous service that was. I believe customer service isn't just serving the customer, but being able to read the customer. Excellent Job! I will definitely be returning.
