We were flying out of Oakland early so we took advantage of a park, sleep, fly package at this motel. When we parked the car & were unloading our luggage we found a large BULLET in the ground near the car. My young granddaughter was there and my son got nervous and threw the bullet in to the bushes nearby. Of course we should have brought it in to the front desk but he had a gut reaction of horror when he tossed it away. When we got to the front desk it was fairly clear that they probably wouldn't have cared anyway. The whole place is just creepy. Loud noises in the corridor, people smoking in the elevator. Everything old & deteriorated. I would not wish a night's stay here on my worst enemy.
