“Very cool local's favorite on the water”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

I expected this to be a bit touristy, but it actually felt more like a local's secret. The food was delicious, the atmosphere and service fabulous, and the view overlooking the water can't be beat!

“A little bit okay, a little bit so-so.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Well, the price was good. The atmosphere was good (I ate in the pub). The food was good. Note that I didn't say "great" at any point. I went one time and was okay, but not "delighted".

“Delicious food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

Great food very, very close to our hotel. After a busy day sightseeing, it was awesome to be able to go to a delicious seafood restaurant only a mile or two from the hotel (Executive Inn & Suites).
Food is a little pricey.
Nice view of the marina.

“Have been a customer of Quinn's since 1977”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2012

From my days in the Coast Guard stationed in Alameda to my current buisness trips to the Bay Area, I have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. I try to have a meal at Quinn's when I am in the vicinity. My absolute favorite dish is the: Seafood Pasta Cioppino Style. Do not wear a white shirt if you get this dish. It is loaded with scallops, squid shrimp, pasta and as we say in Louisiana; red gravy. Service is not always the best, but the atmospehere and the food more than make up for any shortcomings.

“Food was ok but the help was "interesting"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2012

the host at the door tried to get us to sit downstairs, where there were no other patrons, because "we would get lousy service upstairs." We declined his offer and had ok service upstairs. The waiters seemed to have an "eat and get out" mentality. The fish and chips were good and the prices fair. Probably won't go back anytime soon.
