I visit Oakland for business several times a year and have had dinner at Scott's many times. I have not been disappointed. I usually eat there during weekdays, so generally it is not to crowded. They have nice outside seating for appropriate weather, and the views from inside are just as good. Service is excellent. I like beef and have had the tenderloin here several times, very good. I have also had the scallops, also very good. They also have a woman who plays the piano, makes for nice ambiance, would recommend it to anybody.
