A cozy place on Piedmont Avenue, in the very diverse Piedmont area. If spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, etc is what you hunger for, this is your place. Also tried was the linguini with white clams, a signature dish for an Italian restaurant, but not really a Sicilian recipe. It was a tad salty but overall very tasty and pretty close to correctly done (us New Yorkers can be VERY picky over white clam sauce). They do make their own receipt of red sauce and it is good, the pasta is cooked right, and the wine selection is broad. Definitely worth a try if you're in or near the Piedmont area, Rockridge, or Berkeley.
