I've been a regular at Lin Jia since Day One and keep coming back for the hospitality and consistently great food. Owner Marcia Lam insists on serving the quality foods she ate growing up and that means grass-fed beef, free range chicken and mostly organic produce.
My personal favorite is the Hot and Sour Soup which is distinguished by the contrasts in flavors AND the contrasts in textures - the crunchy vegetables side by side with the creamiest of tofu. If you want a real treat, sit at the counter and watch the chefs working the intensely hot woks in preparation for the final plating. Every dish looks every bit as good as it tastes.
