“Nice over night stay. Would stay again!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2014

We stayed at this hotel for one night during a soccer tournament. It was several teams from the same organization and most of each family booked their own rooms. No complaints that I've heard and the minor issues were fixed quickly. The breakfast had a variety of choices, including yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereals with milk, bagels, muffins, toast, hot coffee, hot chocolate. We were all full bellied when we left. Comfortable stay.. we were exhausted. Would stay again. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. The decor was a little dreary, but let's be real...we're here to sleep, not look at our room! Unfortunately, they fell short on comfort, which is up there with "clean" on my priority list. The bed felt lumpy and was very firm and the pillows felt like they had little balls of batting rolled up and dispersed inside. The breakfast was standard. My only complaint is that the only real protein available was a hard boiled egg. This place had such great reviews on TripAdvisor, but for me it was so uncomfortable to sleep that we checked out after the first night and moved hotels. An upgrade on the beds/pillows and getting the wireless internet to actually work and I'd stay again.

Not the most fancy. But has the most needed. An OK beds, internet that works OK. Breakfast was also OK, but could have had more things. Only sweet things like jam to put on a sandwich, and only sweet cereals. nothing extravagance. We stayed here for a through trip on our way to San Diego. Would not stay here for pleasure.

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with eye candy (Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes dealerships right there). Clean, well maintained hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh.

We were very pleased with Best Western Norwalk. The surroundings were pleasant, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. There was adequate parking in secure and well lit parking lot, free internet and the location is great as the hotel is conveniently located off of 605.

We have stayed in this hotel several times. We come to the Los Angeles area about six times a year and spend three or four days. The hotel is centrally located for our family visits. The staff is friendly and accomodating.
I so have a couple of suggestions. We stayed in # 322 and the door needed some oil. It squeeked badly. It would be nice to have an exrtra electrical place to plug in phone and I pad for the night. I would like to suggest that the management get some new sheets. The sheets on our bed were very worn and thin. My other suggestion would be to get some English muffins on the breakfast menu. These are minor suggestions as we have had no problems. We will l stay at the Norwalk Best Western every time we come to this area.

Room Tip: We stay on the third floor if we can. It is quiet. The elevator works very well. I like the rooms...
