Next to a marina with the glittering Pacific and shimmering blue California skies in the bijou resort of Newport Beach... the location couldn't be any better. The food is good, but picky as I am there are a couple of things they could do a tad better: the corn tortillas around the tacos disintegrated when picked up, maybe they got wet or were an older batch... while the shrimp "coktel" was abundant, crunchy, and full of flavour, they need to ease up on the lime (same went for the ceviche). The black beans were a little simple in flavour as well. But the beer was cold, the carne asada cooked to perfection, the carnitas tender, and watching the boats while being served by an excellent waitress made the whole experience very worthwhile. Highly recommended, and I'll be back.
