Stayed with my wife one night at BWP Elm House Inn in Napa and I was very pleased. You can tell that owners and staff put every effort in trying to make your stay a memorable experience and work hard to the very detail toward this goal... Room facilities were quite good, the room in the annex was spacious and comfortable, the property itself is lovely, food was excellent and hospitality was great. Would definitely reccommend for anyone to stay here when visiting Napa.

Moderate price and I swear you feel like you are in a b&b. Heck the dining room is in their main room which feels almost like the den of a big house. I walked right out my door to eat breakfast in my socks because I felt like I was at home. I'm going to come back to Napa most definitely and will be staying here for a longer period than our last stay.

Stayed at the Elm House Inn when visiting Napa/Sonoma for several years. Located conveniently to Napa and Sonoma. Rooms are always clean. The Kearns and their staff are wonderful and breakfast is a real treat!

Good: Located just blocks from downtown Napa and its famous wineries, restaurants and shops.
This inn features the charm of a B&B combined with the amenities of a full-service hotel.
An excellent healthy breakfast is served in the morning and homemade chocolate chip cookies by nightfall.
Bad: Located on a busy road junction, with the crossing right in front of it.
If you happen to have a room facing the street-- forget about nice deep sleep in the morning.
We were woken up at 6am by heavy traffic noise.
The heater in our room was a little loud and the staff was "too evidently" friendly.
When you make your reservation, make sure your room is overlooking the garden.
