“Comfortable place to stay with a central location in Napa.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2012

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was very nice and I loved the nice toiletries. You can hear the occasional people in the hall, doors shutting, and a little shower noise. But, it was very tolerable and normal.
The hotel is conveniently located just off of Hwy 29. We enjoyed the location because it was between downtown Napa and St. Helena.
The front desk staff was very pleasant and professional. Great wireless internet service, TV, fridge, and safe.
The breakfast is mediocre but provides something before heading out for the day.

Room Tip: I recommend a 2nd floor room so the car headlights don't shine into the room at night. We were...

This is the nicest, hippest Best Western I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They've got a wine key behind the desk to open whatever bottles you've just purchased - and they know the area well. The room was clean and well-appointed and the beds very comfortable. Loved the nice toiletries! You're also ten paces from a great Mexican restaurant and a small grocery store, in case you want snacks with your wine. We enjoyed the hot tub and complimentary breakfast the next morning, too. Highly recommended!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Napa staying at the (dare I say) chic Best Western Premier Ivy. Front Desk staff was completely helpful where our check-in experience was a breeze. They even made some excellent dining recommendations that were within a 2 mile radius. The room was clean and nicely decorated in a 60s Madmen style; the King-sized bed was very comfortable. Also included with the room amenities were wireless Internet, fridge and microwave . Complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight especially after taking a wine shuttle the day before. Will come back again!

Resd all the reviews and got a very nice price through a 3rd party vendor. Love the decoration scheme- very modern and whimsical at the same time. The duvet was a light cream color and had stains all over it- may want to rethink that color plan. The rest of the room was very clean and nicely appointed with two chairs and a table, desk and chair, and nice flat screen. Bathroom had great water pressure and a nice rain shower shower head. Loved the bath products as well! Breakfast was average continental- it was fine. The front desk person was pleasant each time I encountered him. My only complaints were that the bed was springy and uncomfortable, the hallway noise was quite loud (but putting a towel in the gap in the door and running a white noise machine or fan helps), and they would not let me extend my stay got one might at the same rate. I get that I got an excellent deal though an online service, but the hotel was no where near capacity- you would think they would want some money rather than none! Anyway, great location for wine touring. I would likely stay again.

I agree with all the good reviews- we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel (Thur-Sun). Clean, newly remodeled room, good breakfast, convenient to downtown Napa and wineries - if you have a car (which we did). I would recommend calling ahead if you want a specific type of room and did not book directly with the note. We booked with Priceline (which, we learned, defaults to a double room) and there were no king rooms available when we arrived. The front desk did accommodate us with a second floor, pool view, though. Beds and pillows are on the firm side - but not unbearable. It got a little bit crowded at breakfast - but there was a nice patio for overflow seating...if you don't mind the traffic noise. The front desk will assist with getting the wine shipped home if you do not want to carry it home with you. The Red Hen -next door- is fun and has yummy margarita/rocks. We would stay here again.

Room Tip: If you booked through Priceline - call hotel directly if you need a specific room type. Front desk...

Clean room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. They had a great free continental breakfast buffet (waffles made from batter, sausage, fruits, cereals.

The room had a mini fridge and microwave oven too. I would stay here again.

Your less than 10 minutes to downtown Napa.
