“Good but with some limitations.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

Room was fine. Public spaces were very nice too. Everything was very well kept. The only negative thing is the assortment of food and drinks for the breakfast and the evening aperitif: too limited and never change.

This hotel was a great place. Only problem was that we wanted a room away from the highway side of the complex. According to the front desk, the opposite side of the complex only had twin double beds.

Very poor experience. The quality of the bed forced our family to reduce our stay from 10 days to 7 days at this hotel. The internet kept going off. The power went out for the exercise room which made it inoperable.

Location to wine valley and downtown Napa was great. Did not use the restaurant, but the Grill offered pleasant experience, the appetizers we ordered were exceptional. Hotel was in the process of remodeling the entry, which detracted from entry and lobby amenities during my stay. Would definitely stay at an Embassy Suite when traveling.

It is located pretty close to downtown Napa. It's about a mile and a half walk... I think. We opted not to walk there because it was pretty hot. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. There was construction, so that was inconvenient but they are improving the hotel so can't hold it against them. The property is beautiful. They do breakfast a little different than other Embassy Suites I have been to and kept the sausage, bacon and potatoes at the grill. You had to ask for them instead of getting at your own free will. We saw plenty of staff cleaning the grounds during the day which is nice. We didn't enjoy the managers special because we weren't at the hotel during the times... So can't comment on that.

Stayed here for 3 nights 4 days in the double bed suite. Enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a daily happy hour that includes free drinks & snacks as well as free breakfast that was delicious. It included hot foods like made-to-order omelets, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pancakes as well as cereals, oatmeal, fruit, juices, etc. We stayed in the double bed suite and it was really spacious even for our group of 6! There were 2 beds and a sofa bed that folded out, 1 bathroom and 3 sinks.

Location is great as it's near downtown Napa Valley and Yountville is only 10-15 minutes away by car. Would stay here again!

This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. There are pools in the courtyard in which swans and ducks swim. There are many areas to sit and relax. The breakfasts are super even by Embassy standards. The evening social was very well done with specialty drinks offered each evening. We really enjoyed our stay.
