Stayed two nights in August 2013. A nice resort with lots of amenities that we did not get a chance to use as we were busy touring the area. Room was a good size and clean. Welcome package included a bottle of wine, two bottles of water and free wi-fi. There is a $20 resort fee though. Our package also included breakfast which was made to order and quite good. However, it was pricey and if you are paying for breakfast there are no other options close by.
It is about 10 minutes to downtown Napa and there is a shuttle service to take you to restaurants in the evening.
There are two concierge stations and I spoke to a couple of the concierges, but neither was particularly helpful. One was more interested in getting me to sign up for a some kind of vacation or time-share session. The other just gave me the most basic of tourist ideas that you can get out of any of the guidebooks.
Upon checkout, we found that we were charged for breakfasts, which were included in our package, but a manager on duty sorted that out quickly.
Location is a little drawback here, you actually go through an office park to get to the resort.
Plus, everything is at least five miles away.
Other than that, a nice spot.
