“Great find”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2012 via mobile

We booked this hotel on the day of our stay as we were scrambling to extend our stay in West Coast due to Hurricane Sandy.

The hotel was nice for the price and in line with the other Hilton Garden Inn we stayed at in Frankfurt airport. Service was polite and helpful, rooms and lobby were clean, gym was small (1 treadmill, 1 cross trainer and some weights) but at least it was 24 hours. Complimentary coffee was available at the front desk and if you follow them on twitter they will throw in a free bottle of wine. Free on site parking and breakfast was us13 per pax (we didn't eat). Front desk was helpful - we arrived back late for check our from our hot air balloon trip and they let us check out late without charges.

I agree with other reviewers that the rooms here are spacious, well-equipped, with comfy beds and really clean. The service was also very efficient and personable. However, two major negatives keep me from giving a stronger review--noise and location. I have had quieter night's sleep in cheap roadside motels. The sound really carried, and we could hear our neighbors' just-average-volume conversations word for word. Plus every step anyone took. We had a 3:00 a.m. "pacer" overhead, but I just thank our lucky stars he/she didn't also decide to watch tv, argue or . . . We are really glad we only stayed the one night--would have probably switched hotels if we had intended to stay longer in the area.

The other negative for us--which I readily acknowledge might not be a problem for others--is that this hotel is NOT located near the center of downtown Napa, but rather a few miles north along the freeway on a frontage road. There's really nothing there except other hotels, gas station, and small shopping mall. In the morning, we packed up and left right away. We skipped breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that, but went into Napa for a delightful brunch and riverside/town wander instead.

So, overall--just fine, but for the money would have really liked better sound-proofing!

We only stayed here one night, but the room was large and clean. My first time staying with a Hilton Garden Inn. They work with Bath and Body Works for their toiletries. Not sure if it's just this location, or the line as a whole. But it's the small things. Nicer than the typical scentless run of the mill toiletries. Got a great referral for lunch from the front desk. A deli about 1/3 away. In the Benjamin Moore plaza, I can't remember the name for the life of me!

Great location close to everything in Napa. Burned up some Emerald points to stay here on a combo business/ pleasure trip. Good rooms and amenities.

Friendly and helpful staff. We particularly liked KRYSTAL at the front desk and ANGELA at the bar. We told them we wanted to compliment their great attitudes and focus on customer service. THANKS!

Room Tip: Boook early... this is a very popular location. We have been trying to book here for September Harve...

Friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable room. Lots of amenities. Good bar and grill on site. I am a Hilton's Honors member and was surprised at how they raised the bar of my expectations. I will stay here anytime I am in town and will recommend to all my friends and family.

Check the bed ... My side of the bed was un-level! Even after adjusting the dial! Back ache for a few mornings!
Nice size suite with fridge/micro
Friendly front desk staff
Okay breakfast
Free parking

Room Tip: Make sure the bed leveling works

The hotel and room was clean. The staff was friendly. The main problem was the food. There was no resturant and the food quality and selection was very poor. We ended up eating at the Mariett resort next door within walking distance.
