“Excellent Service!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2013

My new bride and I stayed with Karen (and her team) for 3 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. We had a magnificent stay! The service was perfect ... the breakfasts were wonderful ... and the bed was soooo comfortable (loved those sheets Karen)!!! They really do love their work. The little touches also put it over the top ... like the neighbor who would come by each morning to chat with guests on potential wine excursions!

If you need a place to stay in Napa ... you would be doing yourself a disservice by not spending some time at "THE" inn in Napa!!!

This was my second visit to the Inn on Randolph. Coming back was like coming home. This time I stayed in the Jefferson room which was equally lovely as the Walker room. Every amenity was available for our use. We were able to enjoy the fireplace in the evening when the temps went down. The bed/linens were so comfortable - like sleeping in a cloud, we didn't want to get up! Oh, but for the glorious breakfasts you will! So happy to finally have the granola recipe to help recreate the breakfast experience at home. Each morning was a sumptuous, gourmet, fresh from the garden delight. Not too filling and healthy, this meal was a fabulous start for a tour or day of shopping. Karen and her staff are attentive to your needs and ready to help make your Napa experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. We loved the recommendation of the Robert Sinskey Farm to Table Tasting - our favorite so far. I will certainly be returning to this inn the next time I can make it to the west coast!

Late on this review. My wife and I stayed here last August and it was perfect. The staff helped coordinate a perfect proposal weekend and there were no needs that were not meet. Great rooms, location, breakfasts and experience. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Napa.

We spent two nights at the Inn, and wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the Walker Room, which, though the smallest room, was plenty spacious for our needs. Wonderful little balcony with French doors, where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and relaxed before dinner in the afternoon. The sheets on the bed were SO soft--we will be ordering some soon!
Karen and Brenda were wonderful hosts, and very helpful with suggestions to make our trip to the area memorable. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and a great start to a day of wine tasting.

We found the Inn at Randolf Street to be very well located to the downtown. Karen and her staff went the extra mile to make sure that our stay in Napa was emmorable. They made our dinner reservations, and even arranged for complimentary wine tastings around the valley. We could not be more thrilled with our stay at this delightful Inn.

Our room, The Jefferson, on the second flor was quiet, roomy and very clean and comfortable.

We will be back!!! Thanks guys for a great experience.

We stayed in the Fowler Suite for 2 nights in May. We were warmly greeted right away even though we were a little early for our reservation. We settled into our cute cottage briefly, then set our sights on some late day wine tastings. (Spring Mountain was our favorite). Karen and her staff were always offering to help arrange wine tours and dinner reservations (try Celadon for dinner).
The cottage was well equipped with a fridge and sink. Beautifully updated bathroom. The only thing missing, and this is small, was a full length mirror. Quiet and easy walking distance to town. Breakfast was delicious and creative. A little pricey, but it's Napa, right?

My husband and I stayed at the Inn on Randolph recently for 2 nights and we didn't want to leave. The perfect place to reconnect and visit Wine Country The newly renovated Inn was beautiful, the staff so hospitable and our cottage was perfect. We walked to dinner each night and loved the central location. The pictures are true to life. I highly recommend.
