Stopped here for lunch on a whim. Was surprised at the number of people waiting for the Lil Hut to open. One lady told me she came here every friday to get the fried oysters for her mother. Another guy said that he came once a week for the fish & chips and highly recommended them. So we got the fish & chips and were amazed at how good they were! The chowder...not so good. Pretty gooey and bland. The outdoor seating area is great, as long as it's not too windy and the starlings aren't too anoying. There are signs up asking people not to feed the birds but it is obvious that people still do and that the birds are used to getting fed. My only negative remark would be that the woman running the restaurant made all of the customers wait until she wiped down the tables and opened the umbrellas. Had it been me I would have served the waiting customers first to get their orders in the que and then done the chores!
