All the wonderful reviews are true! I loved this hotel so much, I diverted my route on the return of my trip, just so I could stay here again!! So I have stayed in two different rooms, The Morro Rock & Sandy Dunes Suites, and I tell ya, this place doesn't have a bad view!! All patois on the upper floors have a nice little table & chairs to sit and watch the bay activities or even the sea lions :) The rooms are very welcoming and the beds are amazingly comfy! The little beach town is adorable & there are many shops to get lost in. If you are in need of Starbucks though, you need to get in your car and drive back about 5 or 6 blocks to the Albertsons. Otherwise, there is no reason to move your car. Watching seals, sea lions and otters out in the wild is incredibly peaceful. During both stays I took a bubblebath and their bathtubs are surprisingly deep. The baths helped soothe a weary travelers body! There is no way you could have a bad stay at Estero Inn!! These people are so thoughtful, they had cute port hole covers sewn-up, so you can block the whole room from the sun!!
***Only thought I could add is: I got the impression this is mostly an adult hotel or mostly couples. Not really a place to bring your kids.
