“The Perfect Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2012

We stayed here for 2 nights and wished that we would have stayed longer. After long days of touring around, it was really nice to come back to a hotel that felt this comfortable. Hotel, its very clean, well kept, the included breakfast is excellent and the location is in a safe area. This hotel has a GREAT staff, you won't be disappointed.

We've stayed at this property several times now (our daughter attends UCR just down the way) and have had great experiences every time. A very new facility with OUTSTANDING staff. When I called to make our second reservation the person on the phone RECOGNIZED me and asked about my previous stay. Wow! You don't find personal service like that any more.

Good breakfast, nice pool, spacious rooms. Just don't tell too many people!

Room Tip: The corner rooms cost a bit more but you get a lot more space. I think that it's worth it.

The hotel property and facilities look new and are in excellent condition. Rooms had nice little architectural touches like high ceilings near the window and decorative trim finishes near the doors. It has an upscale feel to the place. The hot breakfast was generous, the exercise room clean and up-to-date, and the pool was a decent size for splashing around. The spa/massage inhouse was also a nice touch. There were a couple of quirky things like the very popular Karaoke nights that seem to take over the whole bottom floor of the hotel and check-in/check-out procedures that are different from other hotels. The only dings I would pass along are some dribbles on the hallway carpet that haven’t been cleaned and lack of guest parking when the Karaokee folks take over. The place was very quiet except for bathroom fans that run continually. Would definitely recommend this hotel over an historic overrated establishment for a good place to stay in the inland empire.

Room Tip: Try for 3rd floor. Air system machinery may be partly responsible for noise on upper floors

This was our first stay at this Moreno Valley Ayres Hotel, but had stayed at the Corona location 6 months ago. We stayed both times for funerals, and the staff was awesome. The hotel was beautiful and very quiet, we felt like the only guests there. The hot complete complimentary breakfast was great, we didn't have to worry about finding some where to dine before having to attend the funerals. Although, there were lots of dining choices to choose from very close, from fast food, to fine dining. We highly would recommend this hotel to family and friends. ;-)

Room Tip: Even close to elevator is not a problem, rooms are well insulated.

My husband and I spent the week here while we were in town for the Nationwide golf tournament. We travel almost every week so we have a lot of hotel experience. We can honestly say that this hotel and their staff exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Cheers is the bar where "everyone knows your name" and Ayres Moreno Valley is the hotel where the front desk staff knows your name (and the bar, too). Very personal, superb service from every person who works here. Breakfast a real treat--omlettes to order (or sunnyside up eggs if you prefer). Bar is great, Karaoke some Saturday nights; very relaxing outdoor patio/fireplace area outside the bar. Pool is heated and kept clean. Solid fitness center with treadmills, machine, and some free weights. Spa facility next to fitness center (very quiet resort ambiance, although I did not have time to use this amenity). Awesome, well-appointed, quiet rooms. Hotel is kept in immaculate condition. Grill in the pool area with a grocery across the street if you want to barbeque dinner (restaurant is breakfast only, several nice restaurants within a few-minute walk). Every person who works in the Ayres Moreno Valley strives to have their job make your stay the best.

Cannot overstate what a great stay I had. JP

Room Tip: Just ask the front desk.
