We went to M&S at the recommendation of our motel, which overlooks this restaurant. It was empty with the exception of ourselves and one other table of 3, who were close to finished. I can't say the service was "bad", just kind of the waiter could care less if you were there or not. It was too cold to be outdoors, and it was dark, but this would be a great place to have dinner outside when that would have worked out. The food, fish and chips, and the chowder, were well above average, and we would return for the food. The people factor was a minus, though. I think this would not be a deal breaker for most folks, so, check it out!
