I have read the other reviews, but this place was the cheapest in the area. We got was a king bed on the second floor. They called me that day to say that they only had a king on the second floor and none on the ground floor (which we requested 6 days ago). The staff was very friendly. If you are expecting the continental breakfast, you have to wait until 0730, unlike other places that starts at 6 or even 7am. . All I wanted was water so we walked to the Jack in the box down the street. The room where the continental breakfast is in is very small - smaller than our hotel room. We had the basics in our room - no fireplace. Our room had an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee maker. The only complaint I have is the shower. I did see the posting by 2013Loves2Travel and the management response, however it seems like it went in one ear and out the other. Our shower had mold in the corners too. Make you need to use CLR or a Mold and Mildrew cleaner. Bleach is a great cleaner too! We may stay here again, but not anytime soon.

Room Tip: There is no good rooms in this place. There is only 18 rooms

We booked this room at the last minute for one night and wanted a longer stay. Therefore we will return. The inside looks much better than the outside.

Not within walking distance to the wharf. No pool/ hot tub. Harassed by the office staff for taking advantage of the continental breakfast, she asked us what room we were in on our 3rd day there. Room needs to be updated. Bathroom door didn't lock, mold in the corner of the shower, hair dryer sparked and smelled like burnt hair. Woke up with back pain every morning. Not a restful stay. I would never stay here again. If I could've canceled my reservation I would've stayed elsewhere.

We have many different channels that sell our guest rooms including travel agents and online travel agencies. While they are provided with accurate data on our amenities and location, they may not provide accurate information. My friends and I booked a room for my friend's bachelorette party over Memorial Day Weekend. We thought for $250 for one night we would be having a room like the one's management posted.

Instead we saw a small strip of property and ushered into a small dark room with no fireplace and dirty sheets.

Management was well below par. The woman working the front desk charged us twice even though my friend showed her the confirmation that we has already paid. And they had it down that we wanted two nights and not one, making the bill almost double.

And the kicker to it all was that hotel patrons complained that some of the people in our group, who came a day earlier than us, were being loud, and the hotels manger was going to charge us if they had to refund anyone for us being noisy.

We never signed any paper saying that WE would refund people because people in our group were being "loud".

Needless to say, don't come here if you want to get ripped off and deal with incompetent management. They may be under the Ramada chain but they are far from what you would expect from a national hotel chain.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our property only has a few rooms with a wood burning fireplace and that room would have to be reserved in order to get a fireplace. Our staff strives to provide a pleasant experience to all our guest and will remind them politely to be respectful of other guests. However, if the disturbance still continues, we will take further action to ensure our other guests don't have a poor experience. We wish you the best on your future travels.
