This was a large family gathering for a Birthday Party. Upon arriving on site, we drove up the hill to the parking lot, It is very steep and cause for concern sopecifcally for older drivers with bad vison. Once at the top, We were approached by a valet, who wanted to park the vehicle. Too late! It would have been helpful if he were standing in front of the restauraunt. Once I navigated the hill, I really didn't need his assistance and I self parked. The restauraunt needs to place their valet at the entrane, not on top of the hill!
The service was excellent. The wait staff did their best to make this a special occasion and we appreciated it and tipped accordingly.
The special Prime rib was a big hit with some in our party. Very good and cooked as per how we ordered. I had the Filet Mignon for $50. It was burned on the outside and overcooked on the inside. More like a roast than a filet. I didn;t send it back ebcause I was hosting and didn't want to become the center of attention. Still for $50, I felt like I was robbed.
If you go, DO NOT order the Filet unless yuo are a gambler. This palce is not cheap, so their food needs to be better.
