This is a very lovely restaurant located on Fisherman's Wharf. My sister made reservations here for my birthday dinner, and it was quite impressive, all the way from the moment she checked in.
We had no wait time from the moment she told the hostess she had reservations, as we were immediately led to a seaside-view booth inside of the restaurant. The table was candlelit, and had a very nice ambience. We were presented with a free appetizer (fried calamari), which was delicious. I typically don't even eat calamari, but this was worth a try! We all tried the 'award-winning' clam chowder, and found out why it was indeed award-winning.
For my entree, I had the Linguini Isabella, which was fabulous and loaded with shrimp and scallops. My sister had the fish and chips, while my cousin had the pesto parmesan crusted salmon and my friend had the crab ravioli. We were all delighted by our meals. At the end of the evening, our server, Dang, presented me with a complimentary slice of New York cheesecake because I think my sister had indicated it was my birthday. We also ordered the creme brulee and raspberry cheesecake, and shared all three desserts. Everything was terrific!
At the end of the evening, as we were about to go, they gave us roses!
This is definitely a place I would like to return to!
