We had both breakfast and dinner at C restaurant while staying at the Clement Intercontinental. We were seated at a booth both times. We felt the spacing between tables was very good with tables lining the windows facing the water. The breakfast was very good but expensive. The dinner was absolutely delicious. We can recommend duck breast with carrot risotto and confit of duck leg. The duck breast was tender and juicy. The free sourdough bread was delicious with a butter made of goat cheese and olive oil. For dessert we had the special of three scoops of ice cream: Lebanese yoghurt, double chocolate, and pistachio ice cream with blueberry honey compote. The caramelized banana was very good. Service was friendly and efficient. C Restaurant is relatively high-priced, but it provides reliable quality and a pleasant atmosphere. It's especially convenient if you are staying at the Clement. Its quality and reliability make C Restaurant well worth the cost.
