One thing I like about California is the fresh produce available and no where was that more obvious was in the berry plate for breakfast. My daughter had the kids' silver dollar pancakes with berries and whipped cream - and the whipped cream was sweetened and had real vanilla beans in it - yum! My husband had eggs Benedict; one egg was perfectly cooked, the other was a little overcooked. The bacon and english muffin I had were excellent; the browned potatoes were very good and seasoned with onions, peppers, and rosemary. And the berries, straw, blue, rasp and black were huge, sweet, and delightful.
This was not a cheap excursion ($75 or so) and the service, at 10:30 was a little slow - I think that one server had almost the whole restaurant - but the food was very good.
I would recommend this for breakfast - and the views, as always, are to die for.
