“Tourist must see”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

This is a tourist must see but didn't like paying so much for parking. Bring lots of change or charge it to your card. (Metered parking) $1.50 for 90 mins. Definitely a tourist trap $$$ but there are specials and happy hour prices to enjoy.

“So much to do and see”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

Loved every minute of Cannery Row. There was so much to do and see that it took me 2 days to do it! Be careful of the seagulls, they like to swoop in and steal food when you aren't watching.

“Nice walk in the evening, awesome views on the beach side”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

Took a an evening walk here in the middle of the week. The stores are nice, little pricey, but acceptable nonetheless. Parking is fairly easy, safe ( I have a trunk with my bags in it), there's plenty of variety in the shops. Plenty to see if you're into older buildings, and don't forget to walk on the beach side, the views are worth it.

“Self guided tour of old Cannery area”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

This is a nice little walk along the shore line on the board walk with historic signs posted to inform you about the canneries, original marine biology, and background info on John Steinbeck's Cannery Row. There are also some nice tourist shops in the old canneries. And the aquarium is down here.
