Like many a sushi/sashimi fanatic, I almost hate to let everyone know about Shin's for fear of it getting too crowded! We've been customers ever since he opened over fifteen years ago. Shin is the owner and the ONLY chef! He takes personal care of his customers. The fish is absolutely fresh and perfect. The servers are very attentive. Shin serves the highest quality sakes and beers [It's the only place I can get Kuronama black beer]. It's not inexpensive, but it is delicious.
