At Juban, you cook everything yourself right at the table, which is nice in theory, but not so good in practice. First of all, if I'm paying that much, I probably just want it cooked by an expert chef anyway. Secondly, the self-cooking creates an awkward situation where you're always waiting for that next piece of steak to be finished, and you never really get full. The flavor is great, but ultimately, there are a lot of other Japanese restaurants that I would rather go to.
