well, fun! This hotel has both a more formal dining room and a bistro. We chose the bistro. We were seated in a Victorian decorated room, having comfortable velvet chairs to sit on and a small round table with flowers on it, to eat off of. We were seated near the front windows, and it proved to be a good people watching space. Service was average, but there was only 1 girl working and she was busting her butt to please everyone. The place is chock full of antiques and interesting paintings, mirrors etc., as well as having a historical explanation of the building/hotel. There is a beautiful bar area, and several locals had taken up their spots by 5 PM. LOL. Listening to their chatter provided some interesting insights.
We both had the Superburgers, which came with fries and a salad. It was great food. Excellent burgers.
