Nice little hotel. No complaints. Nothing too special though. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice view from marina-side balcony. If you are in the area, I would recommend it, primarily for location and it is one of the only non-chains. Not a huge fan of Marina Del Ray in general.

Room Tip: Marina-side rooms are not much more. Definitely worth the extra cost.

I just recently hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for my daughter and (now) son-in-law plus the wedding party and close family. We were 65, and just fit in the Antiqua Board Room. Rebekah, the catering manager, worked with us to have just the perfect dinner. Everyone I worked with were kind, generous and willing to accommodate us if they could. Our dinner was perfect - besides the private room, we also had the use of part of the patio outside.
If you have a small meeting (about 65 maximum), I recommend that you try this place. You might not get any work done, because the view outside is so beautiful.

And we're really glad that we did.

The hotel is just really nice - great views over the Marina, not too big and it has a great restaurant onsite. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help - for example the reception guy offering to give us a different room when we arrived a bit early because the allocated room wasnt ready.

The pool area is also pleasant and only a few seconds from most of the rooms.

Highly recommended.

A great little find with the help of previous tripadvisor reviews. The hotel is in a great location, right on the beautiful marina, only minutes from Santa Monica and the large Fox Hill Mall..... yet surprisingly still only a ten minute drive from LAX!

The hotel itself is modern, very clean and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. However, what makes this hotel are the staff. Their reception staff went that little bit further than most would. Always happy to organise anything you need and will try their hardest to answer any questions you may have. No matter what time of the day or night we returned to the hotel, we were always welcomed back with a smile.

Nicolette deserves a medal for her attitude towards every single guest and the hotel are lucky to have her, that's for sure. When I asked her about trips to Disney, without having a car or wanting to pay excessive tour fees or taxi fares she quickly got on the phone and see what she could organise for us. Most would have just left it and let us do it ourselves, but quickly everything was arranged with a Prime Time shuttle service and we got to Disney for a fraction of the cost of a taxi.

The room itself was clean and modern, very cosy. The balcony looking over the marina was lovely to wake up to every morning. Leaving certainly wasn't something we wanted to happen!

I certainly wouldn't stay anywhere else when travelling back to that area.

Definitley recommended.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a marina facing room with balcony to top the visit off.

My wife and our 2 boys stayed here for 2 nights and loved the place. The hotel room with balcony overlooks the pool and Marina. It is so very peaceful and quiet and you can watch the boats and people jogging and walking dogs along the path. Cycles are available for hire and after a 10min walk across a few roads to the Venice Pier you can cycle all the way to Santa Monica past Venice beach in about 20 - 30 mins depending on your pace.

The beachside restaurant serves up an excellent breakfast and we enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening too.

The pool water is kept at a very comfortable temperature and Jacuzzi is a few steps next to it so perfect for keeping an eye on the children in the pool.

Staff are very friendly. Edmund at the front desk is very warm and welcoming.

Venice beach is a 20 - 25 min walk. Santa Monica about an hour depending on your pace and whether you walk the path or the beach. Bike it quicker. Definitely recommend cycling to appreciate the stretch of beach all the from Venice pier to Sant Monica pier.

It's also just a 20 - 25 min drive to LAX so a really great location.

Room Tip: Try and get floor 2R overlooking the pool and Marina

Some of the nicest people I've ever encountered in hospitality. They were fast, friendly, warm and genuine. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. The room was a lot bigger than I expected, had a fireplace, king bed and a spacious bathroom. Will be going back for sure.

We stayed at this Hotel at the very end of a 3 week holiday in the US - so I'm surprised that our stay made such an impression on us! First was the amazing welcome from the two ladies at Reception - Nicolette's smile just lit up when we walked in - wow, what an amazing welcome! After that, we were given a lovely room that overlooked the water, was super comfortable and very quiet. Nicolette suggested that we might like to enjoy Happy Hour in their Restaurant, and we certainly did - great service there too, and the food was excellent! We were in and out of the Hotel a bit, and every time, Nicolette was there at the Front Desk with a smile and a friendly suggestion - honestly, she made our stay - we felt so comfortable and appreciated there!

I've read the other reviews of the property, and they are 100% spot on - honestly, this place is a fantastic find, and totally worth it - a great Hotel, obviously run by a General Manager who really cares about not just the Guests, but also about the Staff - they are all a credit to great managment...

Room Tip: Try and get a room overlooking the marina - just lovely..
