“Excellent Dining Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2014

Each time we travel that area of CA, we have been dining almost every night we are in town at the Four Daughters Kitchen. There is a wide variety of dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is excellent and not expensive, especially when compared to comparable meals at other dining establishments in that area. The staff are so helpful, friendly and courteous. We are made to feel like we are part of the "family" when dining there. There is a loyal number of locals (included celebrities) who dine at the restaurant.

“Bad Food”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2014

I came to eat lunch at this restaurant and ordered the Cuban sandwich and a regular hamburger. When received the Cuban sandwich bread was soggy the meat tasted rotten and had a horrible smell which made me want to throw up and the hamburger patty was just the same of poor quality and stale. The only thing ok was the side salad. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They should just stay as a bar and not offer food they can poison someone. Please be careful eating here. It was a waste of money.

“A local favorite”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

A terrific family spot, it's always busy and yet they always seem to have a table. I've been for dinner an breakfast. Mostly we're breakfast people here, but they do have some cool dinner options. It's a fun joint with great service and cool foods.

“Creative menu well executed with great service included.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2014

The Good: Creative menu with lots of interesting choices, great location, great service, generous portions.

The Bad: This place is VERY popular, at least on a sunny morning and parking can be a challenge.

Lots of people coming and going on a warm, sunny morning made for a loud, busy, but enjoyable ambiance. The wait staff was more than up to the challenge so drinks and food seemed to flow in a timely but not rushed manner. The four adults in our party indulged in Mimosas to start and they were a very generous pour. Between the adults and three small children we sampled the pancakes and various combinations of egg stuff. All were nicely presented and tasted great. If you are anywhere near Manhattan Beach this is a great place to stop. If it is a beautiful So Cal morning - so much the better.
