We joined online, but it was $65 each on a Sunday afternoon (rack rate $100). Three stars for this visit; it would be 4 stars, but for the greens not being in the best shape (ok, but not great), no driving range (just the nets & not well done), and no cart beverage service on the back nine (only once on front). They did have some coolers with bottled water, but the ice was melted and water barely cool. Course is completely isolated in the Malibu hills, you barely see any homes or other structures as you play. It's challenging and hilly enough to be fun, but not drive you crazy. Not a walking course....you need the carts, which do have GPS. The group in front of us was two holes behind by 14, and there are no marshals to speed them up. There's a restaurant, and there was live music playing while we were out on the course - not sure if that's a regular thing or was a private party, but if it's standard Sunday fare, it could make a nice end to a round if you time it right. We'll probably go back for the right deal, and for a nice change of pace from the typical SoCal play.
