“Excellent food in glamorous surroundings.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2014 NEW

The dinner at the bazaar was very enjoyable , the food was excellent , traditional tapas with a twist, very clever, small plates is a good choice . We had the traditional philly cheese steak but the bazaar version absolutely delicious . Shrimps in garlic , rabbit , salmon all was excellent we were just waiting for our next fish to be , well average , it dint happen !! Very attentive service . We asked lot of questions . The setting is very glamorous with a mixture of quirky . The only grouch I had was the tables were very close together , it got very very noisy , we couldn't have a conversation at a normal level . It's expensive but worth it . To top it all you get to watch the beautiful swing by !!

“A culinary experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2014 NEW

It seems very difficult to make Tapas feel special since all of the tapas places I go to generally have the same menu, but Bazaar has definitely achieved this feat. There are both classic and "modern" dishes so something will appeal to everyone. Everything we tried was exceptional. I don't usually take photos of food, but I did here. Particularly for the Modern olives (edible baubles filled with olive juice) and potatoes served in a shoe sculpture. The "philly cheese steak" and "hilly cheese steak" are a must!

“Not what we expected....”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2014 NEW

My husband and I visited The Bazaar on a sat night in Aug....The whole interior is very trendy... BUT the food was not that great (some tapas were good, others just average). Furthermore the service was really terrible....we had to wait for a long time to be seated (despite the fact that we made a reservation a month before) and each plate was arriving with more than 30 min gap in between them. Also one of the dishes we ordered was totally forgotten and we had to remind our waiter 3 times!!! Last but not least the whole place was really noisy (the people next to us were, probably, drunk and were loughing really loud and yelling...). Not reccomended for an intimate / romantic dinner... For the same price you can find other restaurants in LA with excellent service and really nice food...I don't think we'll visit again...

“One of the best dinners EVER!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2014

What an experience! Course after course of brilliantly created tapas. Each plate was a totally new experience. Great service, really cool ambiance, beautiful people, would go back again and again if I lived in LA. GO HERE!
