We were very pleased with this hotel and the price we got: $139 a night with the Universal Studios "Fan Club" card. We sat in the jacuzzi with a child actor and saw George Forman in the hotel. We had a big corner room on the 18th floor with a great view. Everything was very clean with plenty of staff available for anything we needed. We missed the shuttle every time we wanted to go to City Walk or Universal Studios, but it's a short walk so it wasn't a big deal. They charge $16 a day to park in their hotel lot, but they only charged us once even though we were there 2 days. Just parking at Universal Studios would have cost $10 a day. We never ate at the restaurant in the hotel because the front desk guy suggested other options that sounded better and less expensive. For breakfast we ate at the western restaurant right outside the entrance of Universal Studios...HUGE portions and our waiter was an actor (of course). Check out was a breeze. When we opened the door in the morning there were 3 newspapers waiting for us. What I loved about this hotel is that they actually give you MORE pillows than you would get anywhere else. The beds were super cozy. The mini-bar works on a sensor, so if you're with children you need to make sure they don't touch anything or you'll be charged. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would be happy to stay here again.

We found the Sheraton staff very helpful and responsive to our requests.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the quiet was welcome after time spent in exhausting tourist activities.

I had a business trip staying at the Sheraton. On Friday night my wife and kids met me and we stayed through the weekend. The staff was very helpful and made me feel at home.

What a rip off this place is, ---PLEASE read all the previous reviews, they are so true.
Check in is lengthy, parking expensive, pool area a joke. Hallways, dark, dirty and badly needing updated.
The tiny old fashioned. moldy bathroom and "don't be fooled by the Sweeter Sleeper bed" all they did was add a soft padding that doesn't fit mattress, which make is very uncomfortable.
Yes the Shuttle to Universal is free, and frequent. The view from our room was wonderful.
It is a very busy hotel (who can figure) I saw 5 different people complaining at the front desk, I was shown three different rooms, So I know they are all of the same Quality.
2 stars at the most and thats pushing it.
